The Internet Security Alliance (ISA) presented its Executive Enterprise program on the Financial Management of Cyber Risk at the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE) national conference at the NIST National Headquarters in Gaitherburg Md.
ISA President Larry Clinton was joined by former ISA Board Chair Ty Sagalow, ISA Chief outside counsel Tom Jackson and Ed Stull from DCR in a roll play illustrating how and why cyber events are often misanalyzed by organizations leading to financial impacts which can also be underestimated.
ISA outlined the lessons learned during its 3 year program in conjunction with American National Standards Institute (ANSI) on how to implement an enterprise wide risk management approach to cyber security.
